Webcam not selectable in Chromium #102

What happened?

When adding an item the camera application does not allow selecting a webcam if multiple are available.

Steps to reproduce:

click 'add item' for the first time

Actual result:

Chromium asks for general permission to 'Use your cameras'
One of the connected webcams is choosen, unclear in which order or priority

Expected result:

Either the Chromium camera selection dialog or the application itself should give the option to select a camera

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome (Linux)
