Webcam access permissions not remembered when secondary camera is choosen #101

What happened?

When granting permissions to webcam access the permission is not remembered when choosing the non primary webcam.

Steps to reproduce:

have more than one webcam available
Click 'add item' for the first time
chosse a camera in the permission dialog, that is not the first/primary one
capture image (optional?)
save new item (optional?)
click on 'add item' again

Expected Result:

the add Item dialog opens again remebering the webcam choosen last time and also the permission

Actual Result:

the add item dialog opens
the camera is not remembered from last time and permission dialog opens again

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox (Linux)
