Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Implementation Checklist
Feature Description
When a user sends a mail, a ticket is always set to "open". I would like to have a "pinned" checkbox next to the state. If the operator checks this box, no automatic state changes are triggered.
This is handy e.g. if you are certain that a ticket is ready to ship - you can then set the flag and a "thanks, how can I pay for the shipment"-mail by the user will not remove it from the correct state (and maybe overseen by the next shipment batch).
